It was a really nice honeymoon. It was a new area to me so I was able to drag him along to a lot of new sights and wearing him out. The two day trip it took to get there was worth it. The weather was really nice and really warm except for one day when it was really windy. One day was hot enough to swim on the beach so we did. We really need to talk again about moving someplace like there. It felt really great just being there unlike how cold it is here right now. The cold here just hurts a lot anymore.

I DID IT. I DID IT. Made my first antenna. Was trying to focus on the 10 meter band and heard a trucker. They aren't broadcasting as much but decided to look at other places and my SDR is picking up AM radio stations now. I am excited my studying has actually paid off. I cannot believe how useful scrap speaker wire would be so useful. Had to tape up the two wires across my room but it works.
