>wanna say what it was about?
I'm cashing out a 50 dollar e-giftcard at a loblaws (which for some reason now doubles as a gun store). This later cuts to me jumping between lanes to avoid getting hit by cars, and whenever I get hit my body ragdols like gmod. Getting hit incapacitates me like l4d2 so I need help making it to the end of the road. There was other stuff but it's dragged out and boring, those are the funny parts.
>what movie do you think you might watch?
Dog days afternoon, casting looks interesting and I haven't much mafia stuff beyond Sopranos and half of The Godfather.
>how many exams are you going to have?
7, all multiple choice. I'm stressed about 2 of them but the rest are fairly straightforward. I also have 2 final assignments which I'll work on during the weekend. How have you been /cat/?

Hello gamers.
My cold seems to be on the way out now. I got an email to say I wasn't selected for the conference, but they've put me on the waitlist in case anyone drops out. It's a bit of a downer but I'm not too sad, and I'll probably still try to attend. So that's two Christmas miracles I'm hoping for now.

>>83243482
>Finals all of the next 2 weeks are kinda worrying....
Good luck with your exams. I have to proctor some next month and I'm not looking forward to it, but it beats doing them.
>>
>>83244114
>hope you have fun
Thanks. How were the movies you've been watching recently been? You never give us reviews...
>sounds pretty fun and a bit like the amalgamation of stuff we were talking about fairly recently
My dreams are usually like that yeah, this one's a lot more on the nose with it. My dream last time referenced a random moment from a year ago so the connection wasn't obvious.
>Haven't watched
I've barely finished either of them, I got 2-3 episodes into the sopranos and fell asleep when I watched the Godfather.
>just been chilling... very old computers... ate tomato soup... sm64
Thought you'd be done by playing now, I find older games to be pretty short unless you're going for 100%. Tomato soup sounds tasty but I've never had it, comfy day.
Hallo discanon

Pretty much, and helping when the exam software breaks. It wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that the exams are 2-3 hours long. Despite not doing anything, it's somehow exhausting.

I'm glad you're not too bothered
>So that's two Christmas miracles I'm hoping for now.
what's the first one?

>>83244238
>How were the movies you've been watching recently been?
well I enjoy most movies and don't have many thoughts about them though when watch jurassic park I had a lot of fun and I decided to check out what we're peoples reaction to that movie in 1993 and old trailers and such
And when it comes to stuff I didn't like, the ring sucked, it was okay enough but it disappointed me a little, I'm not sure what I expected but I just didn't enjoy it much, I liked the grudge a lot more because at least it had a nice setting
>dreams are usually like that
I think it like that for most people really, you get dreams about the stuff you think about while sleeping and the stuff you think about it usually things that happened recently
>from a year ago so
I had something similar a couple of times but I don't know if those things actually happened or maybe they're just false memories I made up while dreaming
>fell asleep when I watched the Godfather.
was it boring and you just were sleepy?

at least from my perspective, obviously
but from talking too other people I can say that my life here is not really much different from life anywhere else
We have lots of soups though
Oh annd there are some issues that piss me off though it's not really just poland orientated it mostly with people in general
>I've heard little of it in the news or internet
oo I wonder what have you heard?
>Haven't had any soup besides chicken soup.
wat?
oh my we have, chicken soup and cucumber soup and spinach soup and mushroom soup and beetroot soup and....

>>83245496
>what are you looking for?
nothing in particular
basically I was bored so I decided to look up the first picture posted on gelbooru and it's was some cosplayer from 2007 so I looked her up and it led me to an old interview on someone's blog and there someone advertised their anime blog and it just keeps going and going
it's fun though sometimes I have to use wayback machine because many old websites don't exist anymore

>sounds nice but also isn't it a little too early for christmas market?
it's more of a seasonal thing and they do have to make a lot of money to be able to afford the booths in the first place. would also be quite crowded if they'd only open them shortly before christmas.

I agree. I don't mind EV's conceptually, though I don't want one because it's impractical if you go on roadtrips like I do, but they just look bad.
>only drive it on weekends?
yeah, that seems pointlessly strict. Sure there's a rational behind it they think it reasonable, but unless it's so old it doesn't meet any modern safety standards (which I doubt what you described is so bad) then why not? think govs just likes to over legislate
> leave out montana
apparently there were a few historic ships that got renamed later and a montana class ship that got scrapped due to lack on interest in battle ships past a point in ww2, so go figure

True, as well when reading theres complimentary stuff you'd miss out on if you just read down a list.
>it's too girly he said and never got to
That's such a strange thing to classify as feminine, normally it's said to be the opposite.
>Too late for me this point in life
Ehhh is it really? If you're physically fit thats all that really matters, only reservations I'd have would be training alongside teenagers which isn't even embarrassing.

>Spent the morning trying to get them back to where they need to be.
I like cats, but hate to have to get them to do aanything. Been scratched bad way too many times
>Just money constraints.
i hear you. Trying to buckle down and save more while I have money coming in
>don't think I'm ready to part
do you have another one you can use? kinda important to have something to use

sorry if this is a dumb question, but you mean in literal sense or sense most on 4chan use? A lot of people misuse that word but know a lot of people who struggle with that also do find it easier to talk online like this, so just making sure
>I've just stumbled very hard recently.
I have in more than a few ways myself too I don't post much about. As long as you're content, that's the best you can hope for some times. Puts it to perspective in my case since i know a lot of people have it way worse around me right now, but no wrong in complaining when things are rough even if they could be worse

>>83252964
>wbu?
eh not really either. I did some work, studying, house work, and went to mall again. Can't complain. Will be more same tomorrow.
>yeah they put up lights on light poles here too
officially December on Monday after all. No harm in starting a few days earlier
>what snack did ya had?
I had a protein shake, but by now I also had dinner which was a chicken stir fry again.

hi anon, hope you're having a good weekend
>complimentary stuff you'd miss out
this is precisely my problem with history and older works. I go down a rabbit hole where I'm reading everything. Not an inherently bad thing and I enjoy getting really into a time period, but also know there's others I want to get too eventually so it's always a decision to make there when enough is enough.
>normally it's said to be the opposite.
my dad is just has a problem with it because nobody did it when he was a kid. Men aren't supposed to kick, punches only. He also just seems to have an issue with people spending time with anything associated with other cultures. I got a bunch of crap for like anime as a kid because "the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor" so liking DBZ and Yugioh was bad.
>Ehhh is it really?
Fair point on all accounts. Suppose a lot of the stuff I've done is actually arguably worse to start as an adult than that would be and sure there's a place that's more focused on attracting adult students if I looked around enough. Add it to the list I guess.

I think for 5 more months, give or take. But it's also just been my successful project for so long that I have a skin over it and never had intention of selling it until the price went up on everything tech wise.
>chilled, played game and went on a little walk not long ago
Cool, walks are nice. They really clear your head.

Hi Office anon, how is work now that the hoildays are here?
>do you have another one you can use?
I got an ipad that's doing most of my work.
I got a steam deck recently and that could serve for everything else.
I got some discarded thinkpads I found and could restore.
It's really just that I'm never beating the modularlity of a framework.
The only reason to sell is that huge tech price hike.
> like cats, but hate to have to get them to do aanything
These things are actually feral kittens. they straight up came for outside a music stadium.
