But it's incredibly difficult to stay consistent, as you apparently have the get your tongue up against the roof, which includes the back 3rd.On average, I probably get around 30 minutes to 2 hours of proper mewing a day. The rest of the day is just me having the front and/ or middle up.But I've noticed my entire face taking on a more human-like shape over time from mewing.Overall, most people can't even fit their entire tongue on the roof, and their tongue spills over into the teeth. Getting your entire on the roof takes conscious effort, and even still, the bottom of your jaw begins to burn after a short while. So yeah, mewing is tough to perfect.
are you supposed to keep your jaws together all the time? couple months ago I was trying to find out the position but I said fuck that I'm 30 anyway
>83266017> are you supposed to keep your jaws together all the time? No, the purpose is just to keep your entire tongue against the roof of your mouth. If your jaws are together or not, then that's fine. Your jaws being together is arbitrary and is more of a result whether it touches when your tongue is on the roof. So, keep your tongue against the roof, and your jaw touching or not is just the byproduct of that action
Is no one interested in mewing anymore? I guess it was just a trend, and people are onto the next thing
It doesnt work if youre past puberty, you stopped developing
