they're kind of cool I guess, I liked this game where you start with early steam engines and have to build an efficient railroad for them and move up to fast steam locomotives, diesel and electric, it gave me a comfy feel like I was an early railroad baronthere's a new game like it on roblox called Overfreight! which is getting popular, though you start with modern trainsI sometimes skim the wiki on various trains, but it is just random trivia, I wish there was more clarity on the gradual technological progression and history
