Base pay + commission, face to face.You go from talking to 0 people for 0 hours a day to talking to at least 100 people for 8 hours a day (oftentimes to multiple people at once in high stress situations), and you can't really back out of it or be shy since that's how you earn a living. The pay is ok-ish but the most important part is that it's the socialization equivalent of taking steroids and then working out 5 days a week. You're basically skipping the casual category and jumping right into competitive/ranked territory; if you can tough it out you will soon outskill normies.
