Why the fuck is electricity prices up 10%? I have to renew it this week. Fucking lame. Do your job, Drumpf.
>>83270954The more I study electronic/electricity in general, the more I understand how cheap it is.It's all a huge scam, there's no reason they make us pay so much for it.
>>83270954If you pay $200 a month, you'll now pay $220.
>>83270954it went up 80% in australia. you got no right to complain yet.
>>83270954they're building data centers for the AI sloppa bots so that you can ERP my little pony with ShartGPT anyways it uses a lot of power.
>>83270954It goes to a gym membership.
>>83270954At least he is doing the other stuff you voted for like getting rid of immigrants.
>>83270985I remember reading that they charge you what they think you use, not what you actually use, so if you decided to not use much electricity that much keep an eye out you could have a nice payout
>>83270954I pay 16.9 cents 'cos I have shit credit.
$0.14/kwh is maybe a little high for electricity, but you have to consider the people who mutilate infant genitals then suck the bloody stump. They don't want to work so how else can they afford things? That's why prices have to go up. The 10% increase for you is nothing compared to the $328,000,000 renovations the power company owner's mega yacht needs because it hasn't been updated since 2023. Then you have to consider the cost of maids, cook, captain, skipper, and so on. It's not a cheap lifestyle and someone has to fund it. If you don't like it you can buy $10,000 worth of batteries, solar panel, inverter, and wiring. Solar panels only operate at 95% performance after 30 years and batteries 80% at 20 years. So enjoy updating your entire electric system every half a lifetime I guess, you fucking antisemite. Imagine complaining about monthly power bill going from $90 to $99. Waaaaaaah
>>83271697You're from australia? You have no right to exist. We should have killed all you motherfuckers off a long time ago
>>83272938I voted for that, yes I did.
>>83272938In indianapolis, that's what I was paying back in 2014. It is now 27 cents per kilowatt hourSo no one has hit the nail on the head in this thread yet. It is the data centers that we are all paying for. We are paying for their energy
>>83272971>27 cents per kilowatt hourAre you fucking kidding me? Holy shit, what the fuck?
>>83270954>electricityNigga, literally everything is going up in prices, ever since covid is that way. Really makes you think
>>83270954A.i. Data centers are sucking up all their resources I think they avertage like 4x the amount a normal size city would use in just one data center
install solar problem solved
>>83273149They're quite expensive and have to be replaced every 10 years or some shit.
>>83273149$20-30K for the system depending on how many batteries. Each battery costs $10K.
>>83273149Solar sucks and is more expensive. The real problem is that there aren't enough nuclear power plants.
>>83273236Solar is dirt cheap if the alternative is extortionary 27 cents a kilowatt.
