Hello robots who work in law enforcement. I have a question for you. I'm a mentally ill bipolar robot.

In the past, twice I was stone cold sober and yelled in public and got charged with high/drunk in public with no evidence besides me being loud and annoying. i'm bipolar I and manic often, i was upon arrest and sober actually

And the cops charged me with being high/drunk in public. I wasn't. When I calmed down and asked for a sobriety test they both refused to give me one. They took me right to jail. I had to beg inside jail for a piss test (I did this because I was manic not on meth or coke) to have evidence I wasn't high.

Is it against policy or law for a cop to arrest someone for high/drunk in public and to refuse to breath/piss test them? Because I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder for over 10 years. I was off meds when they did this.

Is this a tactic to jail me to force me on meds? Or to jail me because I'm annoying to get rid of me from the public places?

Probably, but they probably won't take any accountability for it or face any consequences.

I doubt they'll get in trouble too. Are you a cop?
