Back in May I was ordered to go to my local hospital after telling my psychiatrist about a suicide attempt I had made 2 days prior, got transferred to a ward in a hospital on the other side of the state and ended up owing $15K after a stay of over a week.
Psych wards are a scam, that was probably the worst week of my life, I have to lie that I want to live otherwise I'd probably end up in a similar place instead. If you're a solitary person like me (I assume you are because you're posting here), your experience will be even worse because social interaction is one of the things the staff judge to determine how long to keep you there.
