why can't you just make a meme anymore? there's so much onboarding you have to do. you have to workshop the meme. enough people have to be in on the meme that you don't get all the credit, and potentially a different but associated meme takes off. then you have to spam the meme until a critical mass of people are OBSSESSED and post it for you. then you need a normie breakthrough moment where people start using it to signify their outsider status on their insider platform. it's all so tiresome
