the first step to any real "awakening/enlightenment" is realizing how harmful society is to the human "spirit". this is something women will never reflect on simply because society serves them too well; they have inherent value simply because they have a uterus. there's a reason no serious thinker/philosopher worth listening to ever advocated for women's rights/objective equality, and its because women are either unwilling or completely unable to fundamentally understand the world and society around them, it doesn't benefit them in the slightest. once you understand this, having relations with women is 100x easier
