I have this movie idea about a guy who's planning to kill himself. Before he does, he wants to have one last meal: a cup of ramen he used to eat in middle school. He hasn't had it in years because the stores near him don't sell it anymore. The whole movie revolves around him trying to get that cup of ramen before he ultimately takes his life. The title would be Last Meal. Does that sound interesting to you?
it's a fine setup but it says little about the film and it would either be completely carried or completely fall depending on execution
Long as stuff happens along the way to give it some flow yeahKinda reminds me of a game (it's shit, just watch a let's play or smth) called Rage In Peace. White collar office wagie meets a grim reaper spirit in the elevator to his office, and gets told he will die today by decapitation. Guy has one clear memory of being told once by a girl no longer in his life that all she wants is to die peacefully in her sleep, so despite his amnesia he fights his way through the day to die that way. Meets comic relief type characters, mostly monsters like zombies, who ruminate on the nature of death and life during moments of calm. Along the way his memories come back, trauma from losing her in a drowning, and a near death experience the same way reignites his passion for life through rage. By the end he reconciles his memories, finally running home late at night to get in his jammies, brush his teeth, and accept his death.

He basically holds a person who doesn't exist hostage behind a closed door so he can eat the noodles before surrendering to the police. He goes to jail, and the GPS on his phone is what convicts him as that's how they prove he went to all the stores that got robbed

He goes around asking where former owners can be to trace supply, on the way he meets former classmates who stuck in this town still working warehouses and as waitresses. He finally finds owners in other town, they are out of business for long but give him contacts of supplier. Supplier out of business too but he catches hope he can trace supply chain warehouses and find abandoned box of old Ramen. So he goes back to his home town area looking around, some legally, some breaking in into abounded warehouses.Story moves to culmination and ending. Ending is unclear for me.

Recently her parents died and she moved back to her family house, it's big financial relief. But she lives alone working local government office and her life is empty. When suddenly her guy rings her door.She asks him to to stay with her. Here happens culmination. Our guy finally catches Ramen cup tail, he gets message from one of the guys he asked that they saw couple boxes in warehouse that is cleaned to be demolished it's now or never. Stormy rainy, night, he and girl have a fight. She asks he to stay but time is ticking, and he refuses, bad words are said and guy drives away.He drives to place. It's big warehouse and nobody is cleaning it or demolishing. He enters, goes around and here it's is. On one side boxes and boxes of ramen to the ceiling. He boils outdoor kettle in his car, brings it inside. It's cozy place. Big warehouse, storm outside, but inside it dry, lights are working, rope is coiled in the corner. He makes himself cap of ramen. Looks on his phone and it's full of messages, girl is begging him to comeback.The End.
