What would you recommend as an alternative to drugs? I have been under influence of something daily for the last few months and I can't afford it anymore

sleeplessness, if you can manage it

I really liked the trance-like state induced by lorazepam where i was half conscious half asleep while being awake. I kind of replicate that trance in my sleep by taking 25mg of melatonin. It feels like I'm more awake while sleeping. It's hard to explain

this actually works, it's a bit like mild weed + mild booze. I use adderall to stay awake after all-nighters now but I used to do it with nothing in college no problem. I would never do it intentionally though, it has to just happen.
