It happened to me too, I'm physically incapable of feeling joy. I remember being wildly excited about video games, getting a dopamine rush from doing various things. I actually remember that I felt awestruck when I first entered Ashenvale in vanilla World of Warcraft, but I can't remember the feeling itself.
I'm basically just waiting to die.
