yeah for instance /v/ kind of sucks I notice but you have to jive with it, reddit is more friendly. Instead of hating it's a matter of learning. /v/ is very negative so you have to put things in a certain way to get responses.
but ultimately instead of browsing I could just be playing games and the ultimate level of zen is achieved by not caring about social media and being at peace listening to jazz, really I don't fit into either reddit or chan.
I always come back to r9k though when i have something to say, a strange balance is had more than anything. But too much r9k makes me wonder and I kind of go in a circle then back here and then finally bed.

Reddit is nice since there's a subreddit for everything, for instance even though /v/ is about vidya they tend to hate video games and outsiders more but in reddit there will be nerds playing that obscure game and talking about it, /v/ oddly follows trends more than anything as well. I tend to just be on /v/ or /r9k, r9k has lots of porn though I find so it's difficult to explain, and I'm reminded it's a depression board.
