Most reddit mods suck.I'm a mod for a sub with 5mil users, we get a lot of hate from people who assume we are the same as the rest of them. We actually rarely ban anyone unless necessary, we talk in discord to discuss keeping posts up whenever we can and try to treat all the members as people who matter.But at the end of the day nobody cares at all since most redditors are angry at mods as a whole.
