Yes. I would rule justly and steadily build up my civilization, just like in my video games. If I have to defeat some evil tyrant I would have sympathy for his misled followers and spare them and try to minimize casualties on my own side, I would then invest in the territory and build it up.But of course normies prefer their demonic demagogues to someone like me, so I will never even be allowed a supervisory role.

I made this giant map with positions for airports, stadiums, palaces, cemeteries, theme parks, rocket launch pads, nuclear power plants, water distillation plants, container ship docks, military bases, parks, apartments, commercial, factory zones, farms, etc, etc, etc. It takes inspiration from already existing technologies, processes and countries such as Singapore, UK and Japan, but the city will depend on three technologies that are not yet invented in order to work properly- android robots, true AI and true VR.
