Is there a certain facial or body look to autism schizophrenia and bipolar? The 3 worst mental illnesses other than mental retardation and down syndrome. Down syndrome people have a certain look.

Schizos look like deranged dirty bums because we don't care and want people to leave us alone

I couldn't quantify it but you can almost always tell if someone is genuinely autistic just by their eyes. Severely overdiagnosed these days.

Bipolar is going to be depression most of the time so you're just dealing with someone that's low on energy and motivation, but when the hypomanic/manic phase rolls in you'll mistake them for being on drugs and see signs of them not sleeping for several days.

its common for autists to have a certain posture/body language that seems "off" to some people. and there is this facial expression you see with some of the more severely autistic people that i cant really describe but you just kinda know.

Schizophrenia and autism can be identified from body language, motor symptoms and eye movement patterns within seconds by a qualified psychiatrist though there appears to be some overlap between ADHD and autism in their outward appearance.

What difference do schizo and autism have body language wise?

No, there are some broad tendencies like in fMRA brain scans and MAYBE some slight outer phenotypical traits, but they're things that only really stand out with a large sample size. Like how if you're told the average height of group A is higher than that of group B, and you're told to guess which group is male and which is female, you'd guess that A are the men and B are the women, because men on average are taller than women. But if you're just told a random person's height, that doesn't really tell you shit about their gender other than a vague hint which is less accurate the closer it is to the average between the two.
