That always backfiring is what conditioned me to stop doing it. I remember as a kid getting bullied and no matter what I did or said, if I stood up for myself I always got the blame and punished for it. I'd get blatantly mistreated and others would always side with the (more popular) kids doing it, sometimes the teachers too. It honestly kinda felt like being tortured seeing how much fun they had getting away with it and how powerless I was to stop it.
Same, they were always in groups, stood up and they bullied me even harder.
>>83287994i kinda had to learn to pick and choose my momentssometimes you die by the swordothers you have to fall on your own swordreally tho there is no happy ending when you find yourself at the end of someones steel
>>83287994>"Fight back!">*fights back*>*faces resistance*>*backs down*You were supposed to fight back anyway despite resistance, anon
>>83288015It's easy to say that, but when you get bullied like this it's not just a single lone aggressor but the entire group covertly allowing it to happen. Standing up for yourself means you're challenging the entire group and pointing out their cruelty which they will feel offended being accused of since they see themselves as good people and the result is even worse treatment or getting ostracized.
>>83287994>the world is unfair !!!!deliver your own justice and go fuck some mothers
>>83287994>if I stood up for myself I always got the blame and punished for itBecause you have not stood up for yourself when some retards that had no business in judging and punishing you tried to judge and punish you...
