The goal here is to elevate our execution rhythm while maintaining the autonomy and creativity that define our culture.To support this, we-ll be leaning more heavily into coaching conversations, micro-alignment touchpoints, and intentional capability building within the team. That means doubling down on learning agility, surfacing blockers early, and using quick iteration loops to remove friction before it compounds. As always, we-re using a feedforward mindset: focusing on whatever unlocks the next best step rather than revisiting the past.Over the next sprint, I want each pod to adopt a stronger sense of technical ownership. This includes tighter commit hygiene, more proactive documentation, and ensuring every engineer has full clarity on success criteria for their stories. Think of this as -manager-as-coach- in action - my role is to help clear the runway, not dictate the flight plan. You have the expertise; my job is to support you in using it boldly.We-re also introducing a brief skills acceleration cycle embedded within the sprint. This will be a 20-30 minute async review of patterns, tooling, or architectural insights that help us standardize excellence. The intent is not extra work, but a shared investment in our collective craft. High-leverage teams are learning teams, and when we strengthen the bench, we strengthen velocity.
