Whether they attacked you first or not. >bitch attacks me with pepper spray for scaring her by yelling because i'm mentally ill, this was inside our home>knew the bitch, roommates girlfriend>hit her in the face as hard as I can through the pepper spray many times>be grown man, girl is a fat girl>roommate pulls her away from me>get 6 months in jail and anger management and a no contact order and eviction order>refuse to do the anger management because she attacked me with a weapon and made me homeless for years>they issue warrant, evade it for over a year>get caught, go to jail>they give me more time and the cop says it's going to be indefinite because im mentally ill and i'm going to the psych jail until im better fully>talk my way out of this in jail after 6 more months>plead guilty, get out "Time Served" >avoid cops completely go to live with relatives in another state>completely avoid getting in trouble and just smoke legal weed nowJail is the worst thing ever. I used to wonder if the court system is biased for women and against the mentally ill. Now I know from personal experience, yep. Had to plead guilty to get a misdemeanor. I was scared of more time, people beat me in gen pop and said get in the shower, i resisted and got beat until my eye bled.
