Why hasn't anyone tried to be a superhero IRL yet?

>>83289343There was some black guy in I think Chicago or New York or something who tried this. He dressed up in some ugly ass like brown knock-off Batman costume. He knew like jiu jitsu or something so all he really accomplished was just beating a bunch of random homeless people up and getting arrested himself a handful of times. I also vaguely recall something about him getting put in jail for beating his girlfriend or something. Can't remember his name but you can probably find who I'm talking about by just looking up "IRL superhero" or something
