I wonder if it'd be worth it to track things that you learned every day just as we do with those gratitude journals. Make the day feel useful.

Easier to share too, when you do it as "achievements" people tend to share less which makes sense, a lot of goals like no fap or brush your teeth are private or might bring shame to share.

It's not a bad idea for interview prep, especially if you're the kind of person that needs to compartmentalize your life since it's easy to fall into the default "I don't know" say-nothing response.
