How do I build habits and stick to them? All I ever do is ; Wake up, Scroll social media, go to work, get off work, go for a run, get groceries, go back home, scroll social media / play videa, go to sleep.Koreans can study 16 hours a day, yet I can't spend 10 min cleaning my house.
