>How does it work?
People will post their Amazon wishlist link according to the instructions below. People who enter the thread may post their list, and it is your decision to gift who you want.
-------------------
===[FAQ:]===
READ THE FAQ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS
-------------------
>Does my address get shown?
Your city and state, and shipping name. Refer to the instruction image below. Shipping name can be anything you want.
>How will I know if something has been bought for me?
Items disappear off your list after being purchased. You can also go to your list, press Filter and Sort, then select Purchased.
>Will the information of the gifter be shown to the recipient?
Your first name may be shown. Amazon by default doesn't share but third party items may.
>Why should I gift something? I'm not gonna get anything in return!
This is a different take on a Secret Santa, where anyone can gift or get from anyone. If you're feeling generous, please do consider giving back to others.
>Last year people bought stuff for others and then cancelled them to epic fucking troll us!
And they did that the previous year, and the year before that too. It happens when you have amazon wishlists, it's disappointing to lose out on a gift, but the item will just go back on your list like they never screwed with you at all.
>How often should I post my list?
Once a day or thread depending on the speed of the general
>Can I post multiple lists?
No. Only 1.
>The threads are too early!

Glad to see we made it to a new thread. I'm just about to watch some Christmas movies. It's especially dead in here right now, I hope that changes. How is everyone doing? Anything planned for today? I'll be back when I'm done, so I hope the thread is kept alive until then.

Can't really think of much i might want for Christmas honestly so I'm just making a list of what I'd get if i had enough money to through around

Records and record player are something I'd like to get for someone else (that I'd be able to enjoy too so it's a plus). Phone is an upgrade i could do with as my current one is outdated and it's the only thing i have available for browsing the interwebs. Merry Christmas to all anons

There definitely are, but I personally only play IRL with friends, so I can't tell ya from experience.
There are apps/VTTs where you can play online, or you can do everything over text if you can keep up with everything. The issue with playing online if that most people interested in D&D today are, unfortunately, danger-haired millennial faggots. So I'd generally advice against going in blind with a group of randos.
Instead, I'd recommend looking into and asking around /tg/, or other online communities like it. I'm pretty sure they have a general for anons looking a group to play in.

Good luck with your adventures friend!

It's literally in the archives. There's nothing you can do about it. You're a 42 year old man. Get off of the internet. Even the most autistic oldfags like m00t, Weev and countless others have lives, families and jobs, even old robots moved on years ago or followed you're path of eventual suicide like you will. The fat fuck autismo absolutely roasted you ruthlessly a few days ago. Why you think you can recover after that is beyond me.
>>
>>83387001
Thanks anon! I live in a country where it's uncommon and unheard of to play it, my friends found theirs from university from word of mouth. Hopefully I can get there one day, wish you the best anon!

Cleaning, although a slog at first, really is great once you see the progress you make. Probably has something to do with why I'm a bit of a minimalist. I like maximizing space, having everything in order, and knowing exactly where everything is.

Hear me out? O come, O come Emmanuel is up there. I'm not big on 50's music so 90% of "Christmas music" is out, but as far as the old carols go, that one SLAPS. Actually feels like something sung from out of the cold and darkness of winter.

>>83387013
It's wild to think that D&D and tabletop at large aren't ubiquitous everywhere. Neat how the internet lets people experience fandoms from other times and places. And if anyone is gonna be playing tabletop IRL, it *would* be at a college or university.

>>83387802

There's only one football, and it's American football. No, it's not rugby, which I only like Rugby 7s as it's more open & fast-paced.

Good morning. 10 am isn't bad. Didn't wake up hungry. Still have a clear mind. I love fasting man. Breaking a long fast makes the food taste different robots. It makes me appreciate what I can get now.

Just on the dorst I was eating whole ass little ceasers and domino's pizzas every day almost with cans of monster. Now, I don't even care. Next /ssg/ I hope to have my house I want so badly and give it all up to you guys as a good bye one day when I possibly acquire milkies.

>>
>>83387932

I don't even remember that man. But I belive that might have something to do with it. But I'm a fat fuck, I'll probably think differently when I lose the blubber.
>>
>>83387932
Have you seen any results so far? Genuinely wondering because you and alot of people say fasting feels really good after a while.

I slightly feel weight going off a little. I looked down and could kind of see my cock for the fisrt time in a long ass time. But I don't have brain fog at all anymore. Breaking yesterday with high antioxidants and protein will probably be a regular from now on. No more cravings at all for goyslop or anything especially after watching about the food industry the past week.
>>83387988
It really does. 72 hour was the fort time I could really think in years without just glimpses. Learning script has been easy, being a adult you don't write alot so my handwriting needs improvement.

Attempting a longer fast this week but if I have to break on Wednesday night I will.
>>
>>83388025
One of the best parts of losing weight and not eating much is losing brain fog. It's so fucking annoying, I keep getting it whenever I break my fast. Good luck to you, anon

I like Constantine I and Justinian as well, I find Constantine XII's death in battle inspiring. Basil II was another interesting ruler people could read about.
Hate >>>/his/ now since you can't really have historical discussions anymore. Tiberius, honestly was a Lincoln-like figure, in my opinion, just a depressed, lonely man.
Have you read the work "Contra Celsum"? I can't remember it's exact name, but it was a good expose on the irrationality of paganism by a church father.

Right now, as we speak, George RR Martin sits in some dive bar in Santa Fe Plaza and shamelessly licking a mixture of red chile and grease off a ceramic plate, bits of shredded meat and tortilla emdedding themselves in the globs of sopapilla honey and jam in his graying facial hair. As he washes the shit down into his Santa Claus-esque belly with his fifth silver patron margarita of the night and loosens his straining belt in preparation for ubering back to his literal castle in the mountains, he thinks to himself, "Fuck me. That HBO shit WAS how I was gonna end this thing, and they ROASTED it. Well, fuck them. I just won't even write the stupid book. I've already got 'fuck zoning laws' money." He's tempted to return to a bookmarked tweet he has on his alt account about the ages of the characters getting dicked-down in his novels, but his conscience steers him better. "No," he thinks. "They're even memeing on Stephen King these days for the way IT ended. It's better to just not Streisand Effect this shit. They can probably smell it on me by now." He had to get back soon and re-up anyway. Years ago, the blow would have produced another fantasy epic basically in a weekend. Now, he needed it to keep his heart beating while working with menudo instead of blood. He is becoming agitated. Just then, some slackjawed guy in a What Do We Say To The God Of Death? tee points at him from across the restaurant. Oh, fuck. Don't engage. Keeping his mouth shut for dignity's sake forced into his sinuses a caustic belch that was at once hotly spicy, bracingly minty, burningly alcoholic, and nauseatingly full of sugar and lard. He begins to visibly produce tears.

Yeah I think the show's pretty good, up to where I am at least
I remember the last two? seasons were crap, pacing was all off and the writers alternated between jerking themselves off or not caring at all
Some of my favourite characters had their entire arc and development just thrown out, they went back to being 2 dimensional versions of their season 1 selves
Fucking kike writers cut the show short by multiple seasons purely so they could be free to get Star Wars movie money instead

Idk about the games but I heard that the new spinoff, the Dunc and Egg series, are meant to be good books too. And actually a completed story, unheard of for GRRM

Food sabotage and fraud extends beyond honey to every part of the food industry. One example is olive oil. Many people buy olive oil thinking it's an alternative to seed oils, but olive oil is usually made by pressing whole olives, which includes their seeds. If it's verified extra virgin olive oil with no dilutants, it will indeed be healthier and less seed-focused but still not ideal. Fraudulent olive oils can contain things like mineral oils, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, basedbean oil, etc. The sabotage of olive oil is the same story as honey: overheating and adulterating. Generic olive oil production often involves heating it to 450F which destroys nutrients and oxidizes everything. Generic olive oils, fraudulent or not, are usually bleached, deodorized, and alkalized. It's to trick your senses of vision, smell, and taste into thinking you're eating something good and healthy. If you wanted the best olive oil it would be wise to look for a seal printed on the label showing that it meets the standards of various groups who test olive oil's chemistry and taste. In America it would be the North American Olive Oil Association, California Olive Oil Council, and American Oil Chemists' Society. If it has their seals, says it's extra virgin olive oil, and it's organic, then it's almost guaranteed to be real olive oil that has been pressed below 80F using olives that were grown with minimal chemical treatments. You can go one step further and get "pitted" (denocciolato) olive oil with the previously mentioned qualities. Pitted olive oil is made with olives that had their pits (seeds) removed before they were pressed, so the oil and its contents are entirely derived from the fruit flesh. The only issue is the price, which will probably be $35+ for just 16.9 fluid ounces (500ml)

It's more that the writers gave up and threw out seasons worth of development
Like a character who spent years getting smarter and being cunning and everything suddenly is a dumbass in the last season
Or one who started out as a 2 dimensional prick but had a huge arc learning to be a genuine person and regaining his honor and everything, in the final season he's just inexplicably back to season 1 cunt self
I think the first at least 5, maybe 6 seasons are really good though would recommend

I did not take him up on the offer. Cool guy though. Kind of what I had in mind when I said the best place for a narcissist to be is actually in the public eye because as long as they don't get to "suicide all your enemies" level power, it actually works as a checks and balances system to keep them accountable but also bring out the best of their creativity, ingenuity, and cult-leaderly talent for unifying people toward a cause.

I think the saddest part for me is if I won the lottery, I could never find genuine happiness. There are tons of "friends" in my life that would switch up on me and start making demands for all the "help" they've given me over the years. For those specific guys, I'd probably pay them a couple thousand dollars to stay out of my life. I also wouldn't be able to claim the money secretly because of my state, so anyone that looked me up would know. I'd never be able to find true love because of that, women would become gold diggers after finding out.
I'd probably still post here for fun. I'd make Christmas a blast for all of you guys. On the bright side, I wouldn't have to wait for these fucking grocery stores to email me back for a stupid fucking stocking position.
>>
>>83395226
This is one instance where having social anxiety would help me, because I have no friends and only 4 family members. There's nobody to try to hit me up for money or come out of the woodwork. My life wouldn't even change much, just buy better and different food, and probably go places I've always wanted to. Other than that, still the same person living the same life.
>>
>>83393749
>imagine having all that money and you spend your time posting on 4chan...
I still would. They're the same people they always were, after all. To leave here would be to leave a friend in a way. 4chan isn't a person, but let's face it, it parasocially fills the role of a friend for many of us. If you frequent the same boards or generals, you've probably spoken to the same people many times and not known it. For all I know I've been going back-and-forth with the same few people for over a decade here.
Even if it's just to lurk or /comfy/post or whatever I can't imagine folks would want to leave 4chan just because they got rich.
>>
>>83394965
Just wear them usually and they won't
>>
>>83395226
That's a lot of catastrophizing, there, Absol. Or perhaps Xatu is a better fit.

To chip away at least at the love and women bit - it would be sacrilege to conflate them with a forward slash.. That's manageable.
Restricts your dating to pool to environments of exclusivity, but manageable. You need someone with wealth/legacy of their own. Then you get to roll the dice and see if it lasts; and if it does, if it doesn't turn you into a lunatic. Just like the rest of us unwashed masses.

I need to re-learn sutures. I can staple. It's important to me to try to remember how to do stitches if I get this new/old job.

Well I don't really have anything to compare it to, but the things I find about the game is that its hard to decorate your island, it takes effort to get inspiration for it and feels like big tasks, at least to me anyway. Then theres the villagers which are super boring to talk to I find. I honestly struggle to find things to do most of the time.

Lads. My work pants feel a little lose this morning. The fast is working. No hunger, no pain, no more excuses. I'm gonna be able to do this. Week 2 ends Wednesday. Only feel some cold toes right now. But that's something that should happen.

Hopefully I can get some type of gym gear someday. Wagmi.

I'm not actually a bong, just using the UK site because my country doesn't have its own amazon site (Greece). But to answer your question, yeah we do leave out cookies for Santa. But we also do have our own Christmas cookie delicacies that are pretty unique here, kourabiedes and melomakarona.

If I had that kind of money I would use it to figure out all the cheatcodes to life, create a NEET commune with very strict rules for entry, and teach them how to live better lives with the least amount of effort. I just got to the library today to study for my big test tomorrow. I'm pretty nervous, but hopeful. Good news is, I only have to get like a 70% to get an A in the class.
