Hairline starting receding aggressively at 18. Im 25 now and even after years of finasteride and minoxidil im still slowly losing ground each year. Ive got a pronounced Norwood 3. I got a transplant last year, seemed to largely fail or maybe I just needed more grafts.Regardless, I cant express how much this has ruined me. My youth is now gone. Everything I wish for is still the immature fantasies of a teenage, but I am now an ugly balding adult male. I consider suicide daily over this.

I took dht derivative roids and then got a hair system. Best decision ever. Mogs transplants because you will never, EVER get back what you lost and got all my libido back I didn't know I lost from fin. Most expensive option in the long run but by far the best looking.

i think the best stop gap solution is keep it cut it low and simply apply a light layer of topik hair fiber (locks onto scalp with a layer of vasoline even with sweat or light rain) to the missing areas which looks identical to real buzz cut hairso i know i can always have a look of a full head of hair this wayand to really go all the way just fill in the missing areas with a hair tattoo and add topik hair fiber optionally if i want to give it a more grown in look
