>be me black anon>sit at back of bus by accident>wait for downside>extra leg room>window seat>no one staring at you>cool engine humming sound>hear black people complained about sitting here>confused.png>assume they just hated comfort
yeah as a swede the story has always been kind of funny to me with all the gravitas it's told with. back of the bus is where everyone wants to go. roomy, comfortable, less people have to walk by you. it's chill. front of the bus is for tourists and elderly who don't know what they're doing or can't walk more than a few steps. super awkward. i don't know why the teachers think we'll relate to the horror and denigration of being made to sit where we all choose to sit anyway. rosa just kinda comes across as annoying and combative. the kind of person who makes everyone around in the bus sigh, roll their eyes, tap their feet and check their watches. i get it, of course, it's just unrelatable and a stupid choice to use it to capture ethnic tensions.
>>83423367It meant a longer walk in some buses but that's it. Now theres bused with a door in front and the back.
>>83423413you say this but the worst vastraffik bus is better than the best bus in the US, even the ones in the 60s.
