Yesterday I was in an appointment with the psychiatrist, where my mother comes into the appointment after some time of just him and me, and he ended up revealing that I was considering doing theater to my mother. The thing is, this was the last thing I wanted her to know, especially because I'm shy and have no friends (I don't talk to anyone outside of family and therapy). My mother knowing that I considered doing theater makes me very embarrassed. Is there anything I can do now? She even invited me to watch a play today... I wonder if it wasn't because she found out that I'm thinking about doing theater.
