why are 3rd worlders so "friendly" obviously not all 3rd worlders are friendly, but watching Youtube travel vlogs.

its either "stop filming me" reactions and then trys to scam you

or the super friendly curious 3rd worlders that want to be friends with the streamer, if i went outside here in the 1st world, NOBODY would even try to come into my stream unless i initiate the interaction, 3rd worlders see camera and enter the chat
