Just did 10 minutes of pillow humping like picrel (except standing) with a fast pace as a form of cardio. My hearts was going pretty quick so I'm going to work up to doing 2 hours straight with a fast pace with some super fast humping sprinkled inbetween. I will get fit and have long plapping stamina at the same time
