have you ever considered keeping a dream journal?i hadn't had a dream worth documenting in a while, but i had one last night.you should try it.
Why don't we just have dream threads and we can all talk about them. I have some repeating dreams and because of stress I've been dreaming a lot lately. Can I hear your dream I like dream interpretation
I don't remember any of my dreams. When I sleep, it just feels like I don't even go to asleep. I just go to bed lay there for about a half hour, then I wake up 6-8 hours later despite thinking I didn't sleep at all.

>>83436315I've been doing it for 10 years. I first started writing my dreams down because /x/ claimed it would help with lucid dreaming. Didn't get much success with it, but kept writing ever since anyway because I like keeping record of things. I also keep a normal journal, and used to track my daily activities and time spent on them with charts, but had to stop with the latter due to it taking too much of my free time.
