there is literally everywhere to go. outdoors is quite literally just outdoors. id you are having trouble finding dedicated spaces like parks or hiking trails, try to think back to the wonder of exploration you felt in childhood and get creative with what spaces you do have. even a simple walk around the neighborhood can be very fulfilling from proximity to fresh air and sunlight, and there are typically many areas of unprocessed land that are fully explorable even if it seems unusual to do so. just look like you have a purpose and people are less likely to bother you. think of it as exploring an open world game to see how you can break it or look for unmarked quests or secrets, if that helps.
