But any kind of working out makes my legs hurt so much it'll feel like I'll never be able to walk again. I think I just need to take it slower and start on light workouts. I think I may eventually go back to physical therapy to help with the problems, my doctor says my muscles are still extremely tensed and that's why I easily feel in pain and cramp up extremely easily after any kind of workout. But I have some muscles in my arms from carrying heavy bags around a lot, and my calves are basically only muscle. So I guess technically I already have muscle, I just need to make my body healthier and less tense (1/2)
