i don't think any family purposefully instills the no self-respect thing into their daughters, that's just outside influence and you can't do anything about it other than maybe controlling the environment she's in (school, etc) but that's not always a guarantee.

I think being a soi dad is probably the best way. Being interested in her, participate in her life. spending time doing things she wants, cultivate her curiousity, support hobbies, discipline through reason with calmness and compassion. Don't excessively chide, admonish or shame her for not fitting into your idealised perception of what a daughter should be, or for following things you don't necessarily agree with or like yourself. Allow her to learn what she values herself. Essentially parent to reinforce a secure attachment style where she isn't questioning your love, isn't pining for affection, understands the rationale of why risky behaviour is dangerous and leads to bad outcomes, and isn't going to be desperate to seek all the things you withhold from her from groomers or predators who will offer them in exchange for sex etc.
