I grew up in Seattle. Take the weirdness of Portland and the uptight progressive anal retentiveness of California, smush it together and you get the Frankenstein that is Seattle.Also back in the day citizens there had a lot of pride because all of our brands that we worship today came from there, Starbucks, Microsoft, Boeing, etc, etc. It's really fucking cringe to think about that pride today, obviously, since these corporations have just been evil forces, they don't fucking do anything important whatsoever with the exception of Windows which is slowly turning into a joke over time.
