Did you guys seriously never ask for trips from your parents? To me this is insane. My brother traveled to Italy this summer and they had no problems paying for his trip. Can't you ask your parents for anything money related? Don't your family save anything on the side for you? I don't understand why people can be so selfish with money to not spend it on their children.
