I personally think most people are fat because they have eating disorders or habitually eat way more than would have satisfied them. There's a guy who lost weight by eating McDonald's every day, but he only ate half of what they gave him.

Yeah but most people don't realize they are eating way more than what would have satiated them. They stuff their faces as fast as they can until they are physically uncomfortable and think that's just a normal and reasonable way to eat. They also don't even really know what real hunger feels like, so they eat when they are bored, thirsty, or have to fart.

Nigger, you just need to start by losing weight. Get on ozempic immediately, and start doing deadlifts and back exercises to undo the 20 years of chair-sitting. Then after losing lots weight, then you get into lifting proper. Personally I would get on low dose testosterone instead of ozempic, I cant imagine how SHITTY you must feel just sitting around at that weight doing nothing.
