General anxiety disorder fr fr. Do you have panic attacks?
>>
>>83460696
In university I did, but that was 6 years ago at this point and I had more legitimate reasons to have panic attacks

Smoke a ton of weed or talk to your doctor about seeing a psychiatrist or psych np and a therapist specializing in psychodynamic therapy. Something got you way fucked up over trivial stuff

Having panic attacks at all is abnormal

Nah I'm like that too OP. Once someone gets me to do something, it sets the precedent that they can get me to do more things and I always get weaselfucked. It's the anticipation of unknowns that leads to stress. What's in it for you?
