What did you learn later in life about yourself, anons?

I'm 27 and I'm getting my ADHD diagnosis next year
I don't expect anything to come out of it, just wanna give myself some closure I guess

Most of my decisions were made in a fawn state guided by childhood trauma. I'm only in my 30's realizing that yeah experiencing death that young and tons of abuse actually DOES fuck you up and I'm not just a failure.
