A stupid question but what is the difference between Ukrainians and Russians? Imo they look the same ethnicity/culture for me

Russia and Ukraine have 100% literacy rates. The US is 79%.Ukranians were considered the smarter of the two last I checked.

Ukrainian are Turkish descendants, Russians mongolian.Generally speaking Ukrainians are expressive and hospitable. They are to Russia what Latinos are to USA mutts.
