>>83466334Treat things like a job. You don't have to do 9 to 5. But you could pretend your "job" is from 12pm to 3pm every day or something. Clock in at 12pm, do the productive thing, clock out at 3pm IMMEDIATELY, NO OVERTIME. Even if you WANT to keep working you have to stop. Then spend the rest of the day doing what you want. I'd probably start at 30mins then raise your "job" hours over time.
