i dont have it in me anymore. getting so worked up over things i know i can never fix and people i could never influence or help over the 26 years of my life has probably done immense damage to my cardiovascular system via sustained high blood pressure. i genuinely dont understand people who just doom scroll through the apocalyptic engagement bait wasteland of modern social media for hours on end, looking at shit that specifically riles them up (yes 4chan threads too). i used to fear death and things like dying in my sleep, but these days i can almost take solace in knowing that this constant bombardment of negativity will come to an end
