Is there any concrete evidence that HR roasties are mainly meant to weed out ugly/beta/autistic men from job positions? I feel like it's true but I feel like a crazy schizo
Pretty much yes, see HR protects the company and beta/autistic males give the female employees the ick. Women who get the ick sue the company because she got 'sexually harassed' because a beta make spoke to her.
They only exclude White men. They exist solely to push bad people into jobs and prevent good people from getting jobs.
I mean it's not technically part of their job description but it's one of the things they do, sure.The fact of the matter is people get jobs through people they know, not by going through HR. So unless you're a 10/10 chad with 10/10 rizz, HR is going to filter you.
