Is there any concrete evidence that HR roasties are mainly meant to weed out ugly/beta/autistic men from job positions? I feel like it's true but I feel like a crazy schizo

Pretty much yes, see HR protects the company and beta/autistic males give the female employees the ick. Women who get the ick sue the company because she got 'sexually harassed' because a beta make spoke to her.

The fact of the matter is people get jobs through people they know, not by going through HR. So unless you're a 10/10 chad with 10/10 rizz, HR is going to filter you.
