Reminder that no matter how pathetic you are, at least you didn't wake up today in a wet bed.
>>83472462Some people have incontinence, it is what it is. There's no moral judgement to make. Now, that man who betrays his brother for a crumb... there is the truly pathetic.
>>83472462Actually I woke up drenched in sweat again, so it was quite damp. But indeed, at least it wasn't piss or vomit (which would be tedious to clean).
you peed yourself
>>83472471nta but it's my fault I always drink too much water before bed
That was a delicious crumb. I didn't find where I can claim my low tier bitch, though?Or where is the refund? I did crimes yeah but I'd be better off and my dad is good enough with money so I think that was a pointless side question. Mission! My mind is all occupied with her!
>>83472471Except the part where if I slept with someone I like in bed, there's a non-zero chance they'd wake up in the same piss puddle. >>83472480Just use a thinner blanket
>>83472568>thinner blanketAh, but alas, the sweating is not a matter of temperature but an overnight stress response to my dreams (even if I don't remember any of them). I hardly use a blanket at all, and the one I do use is very thin. The only solution is to destress my life so that my mind/body don't rehearse stressful things, but that's easier said than done.
Take a bath! xd
>>83472598Get a latex mattress topper, or maybe a feather mattress topper. Something that will allow you to breathe.
>>83472605I indeed have a breathable mattress anon, but again, it's really not the issue. My brain is cycling through stressful information as I sleep, causing my physical body to heat up.It's like how you can physically feel yourself getting hot when your anxious/nervous. Being cold would help fix that symptom, but the real solution is to avoid the stress/anxiety/nervousness to begin with. But thank you for the info, I hope other anons reading may benefit from it.
