Should I hop into the SSRI + mood stabilizers combo again? I remember not feeling so shitty so on the regular the year I went steady on the treatment (like 2+ years ago)Bipolar type 2 for 10+ years now and going strong>inb4 exercise, reduce screentime, fix diet and sleep, be more socially availableI know. You're not original.
>>83472839I now realize I have made this thread uninteresting and difficult to respond to. Kudos, me
>>83472839Maybe. I'm on an SSRI and it works well enough for me, and I'm getting put on a mood stabilizer, it's already been prescribed to me, I just gotta go pick it up. If it works, it works imo.
>>83472943Emotional blunting is very real. And I am kind of a poorfag, so it hurts to imagine having to spend on this. But ye ig I'd rather live than keep dying inside every single day over and over again Idk
