Christmas always makes me realize just how fucking checked out I am.Sending a bunch of Christmas messages in the group chats to people that I barely see once a year, the chat is full of messages, somebod posted pictures of something, I don't even know what's fucking going on with anyone. Cooked some nice food and started a new Factorio world. The pics in those chats are a reminder that my family and (former?) friends are getting really old now, which means I must be old too but I think I was just 22 just recently. Turns out it's been years, if the pics are to be believed. Are any doors still open for me? Could I meet a girl or stuff like that? What do I look like to other people? What year is it?My message to younger Anons would be this: never zone out cuz you're not gonna zone back in.

what would have been the alternative? Being a normalfag and putting up with all the humiliation and nonsense that society throws your way if you're not lucked-out on money / looks. zoning out is the most reasonable choice here, sadly
