What was the hardest you ever physically pushed yourself? What was the result? Did you succeed?
>>

I sometimes push myself so hard during every set that I'm having full body convulsions during my last reps, to where my fingers are shaking, to where I feel like I'm going to die.
The moment right after I stop and take a breather, I feel an overwhelming sense of pleasure.

probably the few times i was drunk and went to judo or jiu jitsu class. i remember throwing up while sober from the exhaustion, the boomer instructor loved insanely long and difficult "warmups"

Between 2017-2021 I attended fulltime college classes & worked fulltime, which itself was a challenge, but during my senior year when I was required to perform a residency it was my physical limit. I'd wake up at 10 PM, work until 8 AM, change, do my student teaching from 9AM-4PM, and if I had classes that night I'd be out until 7:30 PM. On nights without classes I was getting maybe 5 hours of sleep, on nights with classes I just wasn't.
Not so much a feat of strength but a feat of endurance.

in college doing calculus exams. i passed calc 1. couldnt pass calc 2 even after studying literally night and day. switched majors. worth it.

I had a dorm-mate who switched majors from Comp Sci to Film. He smoked a lot of weed though; putting a towel under his door didn't do dick.

Probably back when I was in the airforce.
Just running untill it feels like your legs are jelly and your lungs are about to burst, doing pushups and situps untill you just physically cant do one anymore, just isnt any more energy to excert.
Completed a 30 miles march, 4 days (so 4x30 miles) in a row with a shinsplint in my right leg.

I dunno, never like pushed myself to the point of damage though. Never seen the point as it's just going to hurt your progression further down the road. When I dont have more to give, I stop.

I got kicked out of Air Force Basic in 2007. Back then, we had to wait in the 319th TRS (which is no longer the 'holding Flight' these days). I was in that Flight for 21 days; got kicked out for personality/adjustment disorder.

I did something similar in AFJROTC in high school during a field exercise. I overdid it, nearly passed out (was conscious but couldn't move) and had to be wheelchaired into the school...through the cafeteria...during 1st Lunch. Got dropped off at the school nurse's office, took a massive shit in her bathroom, went back to class, and no one ever spoke about it again. Parents didn't even know how close to death I came that day.

Guess I'll go play Pokemon Violet now. I'm trying to Kantomaxx.

Got into some underground cage fights to the death in a foreign country. I was suicidal already so didn't care what happened. Obviously, I didn't lose

Years ago I was super heavy 350lbs.
Decided to get fit, not just for girls, not just for health reasons, mainly cause I wanted to be strong mentally and physically.
Stopped eating crab and start3d to do weight training, light weights nothing crazy within 3 months I lost over 100lbs, but I was still all doughy.
After this I started doing P90x and tried to run, running was the one thing I hated/could not do.
But I pushed myself, couldn't even do half a mile, after 6 months or so I was outrunning the friends that pushed me to run, BTW all I would eat was baked or boiled potatoes and ground turkey or beef.
After a year I loved running and would do 12 mile runs 3 times a week, so I did succeed, with all that said I've gained weight again, not as much, but definitely over weight but my body feels strong and im trying to loose it again, also I have a damn beautiful wife and a son, so its a bit harder to find time to work out but im still trying.
Oh and from feeling stronger mentally and physically over the years I worked myself up to a pretty decent job.
I started around when I was 27 I think maybe 26, I am now 40. Hope this helps anyone that reads it.

Literally exact same thing here, anon. I fucking hated that guy because the girl I liked liked him so wanted to beat him, and every other fitness test he did the best in the class. Took everything I had to win and I collapsed at the end, not getting up for the rest of the period. Bastard congratulated me instead of feeling bad about losing. Drained all my sense of accomplishment.

stayed awake for several months straight after overdosing on research chemicals because I couldnt sleep.

Were there any lasting side affects?
>>
>>83477561
Moving 700lb blocks of cheese using a hand dolly for an entire eight hour shift.

I nearly got a dislocated shoulder but made out with a week of soreness and mild gains.
>>
>>83477561
Probably a bench pr but I did this type of thing too many times to remember
>>

i lost a lot of weight. i would mix coffee with protein powder and make those maybe 2 times a day and eat nothing else. when i was hungry i would stare at food in the cabinet for minutes at a time but wouldn't eat. and if i did fold and started chewing, i'd spit it out. not healthy but it worked

Thats called endorphines. Its common
>>
>>83477831
But at the same time, did you really "win," son?
>>
Having sex. It was really hard for me to cum but I kept going and going. It felt like I couldn't breath and that I might die but still didn't want to stop.

i developed panic disorder that took about 5 years to go away fully. at that time there were so many incidents where i thought i was dying that i went to the hospital for. it was a horrible combination because im already a hyper chondriac that worries about my health. i had to be put on valium to manage the panic attacks. every day id be on the edge of panic due to the damage from the drugs. at the time that i was overdosing it felt good and i considered dying without going to the hospital.

on addmission the nurse said my heart rate was like 200 beats per minute. it was like something insane l.ike that, i dont remember the exact number. yeah, dont do drugs anons.
