You are right that is harder than ever to move out into a halfway decent home, but women DO care strongly about this even if they wont outright admit it. Being a homeowner is probably one of the biggest benefits you can have when dating as a man. It shows financial stability, ambition, and maturity, even if they might not actually be true. Additionally, the ultimate goal for most people when dating is to like enter a long term monogamous relationship where you live together which is really only possible if you own your own home. This probably contributes a great deal to why people are fucking less and having less successful relationships now, the inability to afford a core feature of both attracting women for men and living together afterwards.
