There is no medication that exist for the diagnosis of BPD and the typical medication for bipolar is just antipsychotics, lithium or anticonvulsants which are all easy to get prescribed

Personality disorders are a collection of learned behaviors that then meet a category of symptoms leading to a diagnosis, it's not so much a chemical issue. Bipolar is more chemical related and not learned habits.

Go to a hospital tell them you will kill yourself get warded for a week and while you are warded they will diagnose you with whatever seems to fit most and then you'll get whatever med they can think of. If you claim to have bpd they'll spin a wheel and give you either prozac, lexapro, cymbalta, wellbutrin or zoloft.
