i never really socialized until i got a job where i was forced to talk to others. after a few months of working i noticed that everyone carries resentment that they consciously or subconsciously reveal to you. it leaks out in small ways when you listen long enough. once you see it you realize how predictable people are. if you learn how to press on that resentment you can steer their reactions and control them. this doesnt only apply in organizations but also with women and friends. discuss

tell me more about your tactics.
