I'm not. This was the year I finally realized it's Never Going To Happen. I've come closer to having sex on more than one occasion than getting a gf. The existence of wives/gfs is actually the number one indicator for me that life is a simulation and not real. It is fucking impossible. Why on Earth would she just like...agree to go live with a complete stranger and share her entire life with that person? What's in it for her? Money? They're the only ones getting new jobs so she doesn't need to shack up with a guy she probably doesn't want to be with in the first place anymore. How is anyone getting a gf anymore? Easy answer: they aren't, and none of this is actually happening.
